1. Eligibility

Certain Services (including online courses, coaching sessions, and community access) require you to create an account. When you register, you agree to:

Online Courses (Including the ChatGPT for L&D Masterclass)

When you purchase an online course, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access the course content for your individual learning purposes. Specifically:

• “Lifetime access” means access for the lifetime of the course on our platform. While we intend to maintain courses indefinitely, we reserve the right to retire or substantially modify courses with reasonable notice.
• Course content, including videos, workbooks, prompts, and supplementary materials, may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, resold, or repurposed without our express written permission.
• Team licenses are limited to the number of seats purchased (e.g., up to 10 members for the Team License). Team seats may be swapped per the terms of your purchase, but the total number of concurrent users may not exceed the licensed amount.

ATD Certificate Programs

Enrollment in the Applying AI in Learning & Development Certificate program is processed through the Association for Talent Development (ATD). While we facilitate these programs, ATD’s own terms, policies, and refund procedures apply to those purchases. We are not responsible for ATD’s enrollment processes or policies.

Coaching Sessions

Individual coaching sessions are scheduled subject to availability. Sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions not rescheduled or canceled within this window are considered used.

Free Resources (Including 250+ Prompts for L&D)

Free resources provided through our websites are subject to the same intellectual property protections as paid content. You may use these resources for your personal and professional work but may not redistribute, resell, or claim authorship of them.

Community and Forum Access

Access to our online community is provided as a benefit of certain course enrollments. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove community content and to suspend or revoke access for users who violate community guidelines or these Terms.

4. Payment and Pricing

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered and selected.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already completed.
• Purchases made through team licenses or purchase orders may be subject to separate invoicing terms as agreed upon at the time of sale.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Kajabi Payments). We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Your use of these payment services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

5. Refund Policy

Online Courses (ChatGPT for L&D Masterclass): We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the course within the first 30 days, contact us at training@lodestone.com for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Coaching Sessions: Coaching sessions are non-refundable once completed. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

ATD Certificate Programs: Refunds for ATD Certificate programs are governed by ATD’s refund policy. Please contact ATD directly for refund inquiries related to those programs.

Free Resources: No refund applies to free resources.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available through our Services — including but not limited to course videos, written materials, workbooks, prompt libraries, checklists, frameworks, methodologies, trademarks, logos, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Lodestone Digital, LLC, unless otherwise noted.

You may:

• Access and use purchased content for your personal and professional learning
• Apply techniques, frameworks, and strategies learned through our courses in your own work
• Reference our ideas and concepts with appropriate attribution

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share course content (including videos, PDFs, and prompt libraries) with individuals who have not purchased access
• Resell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on our content
• Use our trademarks, including “Human-Machine Performance Analyst™,” without written permission
• Record, screenshot, or capture course content for redistribution
• Claim authorship of our materials, frameworks, or proprietary methodologies

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at training@lodestone.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days.

Jurisdiction and Venue: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
