- “Lifetime access” means access for the lifetime of the course on our platform. While we intend to maintain courses indefinitely, we reserve the right to retire or substantially modify courses with reasonable notice.
- Course content, including videos, workbooks, prompts, and supplementary materials, may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, resold, or repurposed without our express written permission.
- Team licenses are limited to the number of seats purchased (e.g., up to 10 members for the Team License). Team seats may be swapped per the terms of your purchase, but the total number of concurrent users may not exceed the licensed amount.
ATD Certificate Programs
Enrollment in the Applying AI in Learning & Development Certificate program is processed through the Association for Talent Development (ATD). While we facilitate these programs, ATD’s own terms, policies, and refund procedures apply to those purchases. We are not responsible for ATD’s enrollment processes or policies.
Coaching Sessions
Individual coaching sessions are scheduled subject to availability. Sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions not rescheduled or canceled within this window are considered used.
Free Resources (Including 250+ Prompts for L&D)
Free resources provided through our websites are subject to the same intellectual property protections as paid content. You may use these resources for your personal and professional work but may not redistribute, resell, or claim authorship of them.
Community and Forum Access
